Cardarine Review: GW-501516 Effects, Dosage & Results

In this detailed Cardarine review, I’m going to explain exactly what it is and how you use it. You might be shocked at what I reveal here. I was when I first started with SARMs. I’m going to tell you what Cardarine is, how it works, what the effects and benefits are, plus side-effects to watch out for, and the great Cardarine results you can expect to see, even at low dose.

There are a lot of myths around using GW-501516 Cardarine, and I want to debunk them for you in this honest review of it. I’ve learned the hard way, and as with SARMs of all types, it pays to have some quality information upfront, so that you can make some sensible decisions for your body.

I’ll also tell you about sensible Cardarine dosing, stacking, and cycling it. Plus, I’ll tell you exactly where to buy Cardarine that is pure, and guaranteed, so that you can experience it yourself at a great price.

What Is GW-501516 Cardarine?

I’ll start with the big news right at the beginning of this Cardarine review. Cardarine is not a SARM. That’s right, although it’s part of that culture, and used alongside SARMs, in construction, chemically, it’s not the same.

Although its effects are similar because it structured differently, it’s the mechanism of action in the body is different from all of the artificial chemicals called SARMs.

So what actually is Cardarine? Well, it’s also known as GW-501516, but that’s not quite as catchy or memorable. It works in the body by stripping fat, and building muscle endurance, but how does it actually do this?

CardarineCardarine Effects: How Does It Work?

How Cardarine works are interesting. A SARM is a Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator. However, Cardarine does not selectively modulate androgen receptors. It is a PPAR, a Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor.

This means it’s an agonist that binds to those receptors and activates them. These are proteins in the cells of the body. PPAR-delta is a sensor protein that is found mostly in fatty acids and muscles in the body. When it’s activated, it increases the ability of the body to burn fat. It also helps with endurance, which means the repetition of muscle activity is increased.

In real terms, for us bodybuilders, it translates into a crazy amount of fat-burning potential, and studies in humans have confirmed that. So the key trait is that Cardarine allows your muscles to work harder, for longer, which translates into muscle growth because of the stress you can put the muscles under.

You’ll also get more energy, but without the side-effects of stimulants, because of that increased stamina. You won’t have pressure on your heart in the same way, and you won’t have pressure on your blood pressure in the same way.

So improved cardiovascular performance, without stress increases, alongside increased stamina, and your body burning fat at a higher the natural rate, all add up to a bodybuilding nirvana I shouldn’t really have to spell out to you.

The Key Benefits Of Using Cardarine

But that’s not where the key benefits of using Cardarine end. It may have a great impact on blood vessels and your heart, with studies in mice demonstrating that it can reduce the natural damage to tissues and arteries, known as oxidative damage.

You’ll also benefit from the fact that because this isn’t a SARM like Testolone, you won’t experience any drop-off of testosterone levels. So you won’t need a PCT supplement at the end of the cycle. This also makes it ideal for women, as there will be no problems with testosterone or estrogen levels.

Another benefit that isn’t widely talked about, is Cardarine can also help with lowering LDL cholesterol levels, both because of its mechanism of action, and because of the increased physical lifestyle it almost compels you to do. In fact, there is some evidence that it could be beneficial to helping people with type II diabetes.

So we’re talking about fat burning, increases in energy, stimulation of muscle fiber, plus the potential to lower cholesterol and keep the heart and blood system healthy. That all adds up to a fantastic potential range of benefits.

Although it was only a study in mice, in terms of driving the development of muscle fiber beyond what’s naturally possible in terms of endurance, PPARs increased this by more than 50%.

Are Cardarine Supplements Legal?

SARMs are not illegal, and it’s the same with Cardarine which has affected almost identical to this group of chemicals and is therefore always looked identically.

But they are unregulated. That means that in America they are not regulated by the FDA for human use. That’s because they were never put through full clinical testing, and put to market.

There are also concerns about the safety of Cardarine I will cover in a little while. However, in terms of legality, it’s not against the law to buy it and use it, it’s just not authorized for use on humans in the USA or any other country.

However, in sporting terms, Cardarine is completely illegal. It was banned after the Beijing Olympics in 2008 when it was found that a multitude of athletes had been using it. It was added to the banned substances list for athletics in 2009 and is now on the banned substances list for every major sport

Cardarine Dosage

The problem with a lack of research and regulation is that defining the optimal Cardarine dosage is really tough. You have to rely on anecdotal evidence and your own personal experiences. Plus, you have to look at the side-effects and see at what levels they start to kick in.

One of the problems that worries me about SARMs generally, and Cardarine specifically, is that people look at the studies that have been conducted on rats and monkeys, then look at those doses and say that is a safe dose. But it’s not, and you have to look at the fact that humans are nothing like rats or monkeys in terms of their physiology.

For example, in some studies, rats were given 3 mg/kg. People look at that and then dose the same on their own body weight, which is nuts. Humans don’t work in the same way, and you have to remember that the studies were trying to provoke extreme responses to see how high doses of Cardarine worked.

If you look at the studies that people widely cite, you’ll see that the lowest doses rats were given was around 55 mg per day, which is double what anyone who has used Cardarine sensibly would ever recommend, and in most cases up to 5 times the dose, especially if you stack it.

Cardarine has a half-life of around 12-24 hours, which means some people dose twice per day, but most people dose once per day.

The average dose is less than 30 mg of Cardarine per day, either administered twice or as a single dose in the morning. I would never advocate you start with that dose, I would be recommending you take as low as 10 mg per day, and then up it by 5 mg per cycle.

In terms of cycling Cardarine, I would recommend six weeks on, and six weeks off, as that’s what worked for me. Although you can go longer, I think it’s important to give your body time to recover. So I’m advocating around 10-20 mg for a six-week cycle, with no need for a PCT supplement.

In fact, some people reckon they use it between cycles because it helps to stop body fat gains between cycles. I’m not sure I would advocate long cycles of SARMs, followed by a Cardarine cycle, but you will know your body best.

Stenabolic Vs Cardarine

Stenabolic also works by stimulating a group of proteins in the body that control things like energy expenditure, and the production of glucose. This leads to similar effects to Cardarine. And just like it, it’s not actually a SARM.

The only real difference in practical terms for you in daily use is that the half-life of Stenabolic is just four hours.

You can take Cardarine once per day to really boost everything we have talked about, but Stenabolic will not last all day, which is why many people use it as a pre-workout boost.

Also, neither Cardarine or Stenabolic are hormonal drugs, meaning that they won’t affect hormone levels, things like testosterone levels at all. So they are good for men and women, without any worries about changes in your hormone levels, and therefore having to use a PCT supplement

Cardarine Side Effects To Watch Out For

Now look, there is some Cardarine side effect you have to watch out for, I’m not going to sit here and tell you that it’s wonderful, and even at high doses, you won’t feel any side-effects, because that’s simply not the truth.

But side-effects are generally minor. No studies in humans have actually cited any specific significant side-effects using Cardarine. It’s the same looking online, and talking to people, people are just not reporting significant side-effects when they are using responsible doses of Cardarine.

The one potential side-effect I want to talk about is confusion around the claim that Cardarine can cause cancer.

Now let’s be upfront here. There was a study in which it was found that Cardarine caused cancer in mice. It was this study that led to Glaxo SmithKline, who were looking at developing it for human use, to drop Cardarine as a potential candidate.

But let’s look at that study, and the evidence gathered. What quickly becomes obvious is that the mice were given huge doses of Cardarine for two years straight, in relation to what we as humans are consuming to build muscle. Similarly, it was only in one study, and although theoretically happen, the evidence is sketchy, and you could apply it to anything, with even aspirin and Ibuprofen being linked in studies to cancer development.

So we are talking about mice being given this chemical for two years when they only have a lifespan of around three years. They were also given it doses higher than any human would normally take. Now if you were going to take it for 40 years at 100 mg per day, then I would advise against it. But we are talking about much smaller doses, in much smaller cycles, with significant breaks.

But generally, putting aside unknown long-term risks, the daily side-effects of using Cardarine at low doses appear to be non-existent.

Let’s look at average Cardarine results, and boy I think you’re going to be surprised. When I started using it, I had 16% body fat, and I dropped 5% in my first cycle of six weeks. I started to see results after about a month, and I wasn’t even pushing that hard. Obviously, I was eating well, and you can’t just eat anything, you’ll need a proper diet.

I stacked Cardarine with MK-677 for my third cycle on it and saw even more dramatic results in terms of bulking up and energy levels. I haven’t done it yet, but I reckon you could stack it with Ostarine for an incredible fat-cutting cycle.

So look, the pictures you see online about Cardarine results are the truth, and it really can boost your endurance, and cut your fat, while you use a SARM to build lean muscle.

Only one important question left, where can you find pure Cardarine for sale at a great price?

Where To Buy Cardarine

So look, my quick Cardarine review is a positive one. It’s not a SARM, but on its own, or stacked with a SARM like RAD-140 or MK-677, it can produce great results. Or if you really want to cut fat, stack it with Ostarine, but don’t overdo it.

The bigger problem I found, is where to buy pure Cardarine that you can trust. There is so much shady stuff out there in the world of supplements, that it’s tough to find a reputable supplier. Over two years, I’ve settled on three online stores that sell genuine SARMs, and who also source genuine GW-501516 for sale.

  1. Umbrella Labs sell a 30 mL bottle of Cardarine for $69.99. Its density is 20 mg/mL, which means that you’re getting at least 30 doses, and in fact for me, 60 doses, for a very low price. The SARMs these guys sell are pure quality, and it’s become my number one place to buy everything I need.

  1. Science.bio is another great place to buy Cardarine from, which I only discovered recently is an incredibly slick outfit called Science.bio. They sell guaranteed pure GW-501516 for just $39.99 (concentration of 20 mg/mL ). In fact, that price drops dramatically with bulk purchasing. Buy 10 bottles and the price drops to an amazing $27.99.You’ll see the latest third-party lab analysis reports on every product page guaranteeing that purity. Plus, they offer one of that comprehensive range of SARMs I’ve ever seen (I counted 11 different types). Based in the USA, they also offer domestic shipping that is free on orders over $100. You’ll have to order $300 of SARMs to qualify for free shipping elsewhere in the world, but that’s still a pretty good deal.Sciencebio..
  1. My third recommendation is Proven Peptides. They are well known, and an easy recommendation to make. You can buy 60 mL of Cardarine for $100. The density is 10 mg/mL, so again, you getting more than one complete cycle for your money, at a perfect beginner dose. That’s a great value, plus they offer free shipping and a money back guarantee.

They will sell you a fantastically convenient container of Cardarine capsules for $89.99. Each capsule is 10 mg strength, and you get 60 capsules for your money. So the conclusion of my quick Cardarine review is that now you know it’s not a SARM. But you also know that it has the potential to lower cholesterol, generate a fat loss, and create endurance during your exercise routines. That makes it the perfect thing to stack with a muscle-building SARM for best effect.
